Problem:

An entry has been added to the exgfh.cfg entry to resolve a particular problem but the parameter is not being picked up.

Resolution:

The entry in the extfh.cfg file was incorrect.

The extfh.cfg file entry was:

SET EXPANDTAB=OFF

Changed this to:

EXPANDTAB=OFF

"SET" is not valid for this parameter. See the File Handling reference manual for correct syntax for the External File Handler configuration file options.
