Problem:
Failed to copy to file *:\\*.APP
Resolution:
Remove the *:\\*.APP file from the Generic Debug Build or Generic Release Build window. The .APP file will be opened and locked whenever the project is open. The IDE attempts to copy the .APP file to either the Debug or Release folder as if it were a data file. The copy fails because the file is locked.
