Which 'User rights' are needed when running Net Express in general?

Resolution:

Net Express must be run under a user account with a user-ID that has write access to the registry structure under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, and HKEY_CURRENT_USER so the installation software can set the environment for running Net Express.

To uninstall Net Express, the same user-ID must be used as when you installed it.

Especially, apart from this you should check the registry as follows:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\MICRO FOCUS

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\SOFTWARE\\MICRO FOCUS
