When opening forms or html files, the message bellow appears:
"Form Designer requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or greater to be installed on this system. See Installation Notes for more details. Form Designer cannot continue."

Followed by:
"Execution error: file 'formdctl'
error code: 240, pc=0 call=1, seg=0
240 Object reference not valid"

Windows XP SP3 with Internet Explorer 8
Browser defined as standard.
This problem occurs on Net Express 5.0 and 5.1.
Problem occurs when creating new files or opening existing ones.

I have downloaded Wrap pack 6 for Net 5.1, and tried to install it, however installation does not complete.
Is it wise to reinstall Net 5.1 and then update?

This was a problem in earlier release of Net Express 5.0 and 5.1 but was fixed in later wrappacks.

What is the error that you receive when trying to install Net Express 5.1 WS6?

WS6 is a full install so you should be able to install it without having an earlier wrappack or the base release of Net Express 5.1 installed.

Try uninstalling the current version of Net Express and then installing Net Express 5.1 WS6 by itself.

Thanks.
