Problem:

How is a  Net Express request key generated in order to activate the product?

Resolution:

1. From the Windows Start menu, click Programs > Net Express > Configuration > License Management System. The License Management System Configuration window should appear.
2. Check your product and its components.
3. Click Generate full license.
4. Using the generated license key, go to the Licensing Solution web pages at http://supportline.microfocus.com/licensing/LicensingHome.aspto generate your own product activation key.
5. Use the response key generated from the License Solution web pages to activate the product.
