Internet Option

In order to generate a revoke key via the internet option, you will need to open the License Management System:

Start>All Programs> Micro Focus Net Express > Configuration > License Management.

You will then need to select the product and product options that you wish to revoke.

Click on the ‘Generate Revoke Key’ button and a confirmation window will appear.

Click the ‘Continue/Revoke License’ button to proceed

A screen will appear with a greyed out request key. You must click on the ‘Internet’ option.

You will then have the option to Connect to the website but you must first enter your 5 digit order number/WO number which you should find in your documentation.

You will then be connected to the website and a screen should appear to inform you that your license has been revoked. This may take a few seconds to process.

If this does not work, you will follow the Manual Revoke process.

Manual Revoke

To manually revoke your license you will follow the same procedure as detailed above but when you reach the below screen, you should select ‘Manual Revoke’.

A key will then be generated and presented on screen. You should take a note of for future reference. This will not automatically be stored anywhere on your machine. You will then send this key to Support and we will generate a Response key for you.
