Handling RM COBOL files in Net Express

Problem:

A COBOL program that is built with Oracle Procobol precompiler fails with an RTS114 Error on a SQL SELECT statement.

Resolution:

This error was caused by a mismatch of Oracle versions.

Using the correct version of Oracle client software for the Oracle Server version resolved the problem.
