Problem:
When a control is refreshed it can sometimes "flicker" this can be seen if the control repaint itself.
This type of effect is dependant on what the control is doing and by no means impacts any controls. It tends to impact controls that paint colours and graphics on the screen.
Resolution:
To minimise flicker to switch off WM_ERASEBKGND and also to implement double buffering.
