Problem:

What steps needs to be taken to obtain a hard copy of the Net Express manuals

Resolution:

Manuals can be printed from the online help.

For example, if you would like to get the File Handling manual printed you can do so within the online help by going to Contents\\Programming\\File Handling\\ and highlight the File Handling Manual.  

Then from the menu bar at the top you can select Print or Options/Print and make sure that you select the radio button "Print selected heading and all subtopics".  That will print you the entire manual.
