Hello,
When you uninstalled Net Express, you were prompted to revoke or retain the license. If you revoked the license, then you should be able to find the revoke key in protrev.txt that was created in the 'bin' folder of the Net Express installation folder. If you retained the license, then you can reinstall Net Express on the same machine to use the retained license without the need to get a new response key to activate the license.
If you revoked the key and cannot find protrev.txt or can no longer access the machine, then you need to contact your local Micro Focus SupportLine.

I just realized that the title of this thread says "when the license is expired". My previous response is applicable if you had a permanent license.
If your license was expired, then it means that you have never activated it to become a permanent license. You may go to the Micro Focus product licensing page to activate your license. Please take note that you can only activate your license once. If the license was activated previously, then you will need to deactivate (or revoke) the license first, and then you will need the revoke key as a proof before you can activate the license from a different machine.

I don't have contrat actually. I think that the mechanism of license is not friendly. Now I am feeling like if the product that I bought wasn't original.

Is the second time that I have problem with this, but, don't worry, I can understand the position of Micro Focus, but is necessary that they understand that the license mechanism is not realistic, in the real life the problem are unpredictable.
When I bougth the product, I didn't knew anything of Java programming, and for this problem I did studied Java, and now I have a Account System with Java and MySql, because I had no other choice.
