How to bring back the missing/hidden toolbar under the pulldown menus?

Problem:

What can you do if the toolbar under the pulldown menus of the IDE is missing or hidden?

Resolution:

Click on the 'View' pulldown menu and then click on 'Dockable windows'.

Tick on the 'toolbar' option.

This should bring back the toolbar that was hidden.
