How to have data automatically highlighted in entry field when focus is on?

Problem:

To  have data highlighted automatically allows to delete the existing data when the user starts to type in a new data.

Resolution:

Check the Autoswipe option from the entry field's properties.

1. Double-click the entry field

2. Click on the Options tab

3. Check the Autoswipe option
