How to understand Dump

Hi Everybody i am faceing Storage violation issue in CICS.

I am looking for following information if any body can help.
a) My Dump say "Shared memory: Unlocked"
b)DUMPCODE: Violated
c)Shared memory: Unlocked , DUMPCODE: Violated

I am also attching the dumps i had.
I will be really thank full is somebody can understand this dump and let me know , what its trying to say.
