I-O ERROR : IDY file renamed to .$dy extension

Problem:

Compile step receives I-O error:idy file renamed to .$dy extension

Resolution:

This error will occur:

1.When the user does not have write permissions on the directory the .idy files are to be written to.

2.If  a  .idy already exist in the current directory when compile is exeucted and

and user does not have write permission and is attempting to create the idy again.

Remove any files created from previous compile attempt.
