Installation steps for MF Cobol SE 5.1 WP6

I am working on PeopleSoft upgrade and need to install MF Cobol SE 5.1 WP6 on HP UX Itenium 11.31 64 bit. Is there any steps guide on this site. Also need link to check compatibility too. Appreciate your help .
