Problem:
While using Visual Studio to develop managed COBOL applications the Intellisense of Visual Studio stops working.
Resolution:
The items to check in the Visual Studio IDE are the options for the Text Editor under Tools->Options.
Under heading COBOL->General, Auto list members and Parameter information should be checked and under Miscellaneous, AutoOutlining, Customize Editor for COBOL and Enable background...should all be True.
You might try toggling these off and on so the IDE recognizes them.
