Does anyone have experience with installing net express 5.1 on a windows PC (XP) that connects to a UNIX infrastructure for compiling and debugging? I can get the debugger to step thru when debugging but can't get it to run thru the program. The complier works fine.

Is this because we are not connecting to a windows database or process scheduler and the application is running on windows? Any advice, comments or help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried numerous tips out on the web to no avail so I figured posing the question out on this forum couldn’t hurt... thank you.
