Problem:
Is cblfh.dll required when deploying a COBOL.Net File Handling application ?
Resolution:
If you are using a release prior to April2004 then it is required. From the April 2004 WebSync the COBOL File handler is now managed code and therefore does not require the unmanaged file handler to be on the system.
