A program fails to launch and reports the following error:
The procedure entry point procedure_entry_point_name could not be located in the dynamic link library COBOL_runtime_dll

Where:

• procedure_entry_point_name could be mF_acufh_init, _mFerr3, _mFgmain2, mF_ld_dynlnk_lib_check, etc.
• COBOL_runtime_dll could be either cblrtss.dll or cblrtsm.dll
