Problem:

The License Server returns an error stating that it is unable to load license DLL. When you try to rectify the LS4.arc file, you are directed to a page stating that the LS4.arc file does not exist.

Resolution:

Windows Security patches might cause a License Server DLL to become corrupt. Running the repair tool from "Programs and Features" or "Add or Remove Programs" should restore all original DLL files.
