Problem:

When installing licence manager this error was displayed:

Load error : file 'lmfnewdb'

error code: 173, pc=0, call=1, seg=0

173 Called program file not found in drive/directory

Resolution:

The most likely cause for this error is that the environment variable COBPATH is set. Unset the COBPATH variable using the command unset COBPATH and run sh lmfinstall again.
