Problem:
Machine hangs when running all03n40.exe wrappack.
It appears to be working but hangs in the installation of the runtime (RTS) fixpack.
Resolution:
Try the following:-
- Open Services in Windows Administration Tool.
- Stop the Micro Focus Directory Services Service
- Retry the all03n40.exe wrappack.
If this procedure does not work then please raise an issue with your local Micro Focus Support contact for further investigation.
