Method to make PROJMAKE build the debug and/or release versions

Problem:

Is it possible to use Telnet in a COBOL system on the .Net platform.

Resolution:

Neither COBOL or the .Net Framework (V1 or V2.0) has support for the Telnet protocol.

There is however many 3rd party .Net libraries that provide support for Telnet on the .Net platform.
