While trying to upgrade Net Express 5.0:
- download wrap pack 5
- tried to install wrap pack 5 - install goes on for hours, never completes (Aborted)
- download wrap pack 3
- install wrap pack 3 with sucess but on the Control Panel - Add Remove Programs and on Help - About, shows wrap pack 5 installed
- removed wrap pack 3 - Net Express does not start anymore
- repair Net Express on "Add Remove Programs"
- program opens and runs with sucess, but folder msalmf does not exist anymore, apptrack does not run because of folder absence
- recreated folder, run apptrack shows no license installed
- selected option 3 to install license

however apptrack asks me for two items:
1 - Enter serial number part of license key
this one have for Net Express 5.0

2 - Enter license number part of license key
this one i have for Server 5.0

Also have revoke and response keys but no license number for Net Express 5.0.

What i'm missing here?

You are talking about two completely different products here that cannot be installed on the same computer.

If you have Net Express 5.0 installed then you should NOT have an mfaslmf folder on the same computer as this is for apptrack licensing only which is for the Server 5.0 product not Net Express.

Net Express is the development product and Server is the production product.

Net Express licenses are entered under License Manager under Net Express group->Configuration Options->License Manager and they work by generating a request key and getting a response key back from Micro Focus.

Do you have a different version of the Server product installed on this same computer?
Otherwise I am wondering why you had the mfaslmf folder there to begin with?
