Hi,

Today, after the Windows 10 Prof system proposed that I upgrade to revision 1803, the NetExpress license tells me that it has been corrupted. Before this update, NetExpress was working properly. I tried to recover it with the command "sfc /scannow" and also running a NetExpress repair, but it didn't work.
Will you tell me how to proceed to get my license back?

Thank you in advance

The Net Express product has never been certified to run under Windows 10 and you may run into some issues. Net Express has been tested and certified under Windows 7. For newer operating systems we recommend upgrading to Visual COBOL as this is certified on newer platforms.

If your license has become corrupt you should open up an incident with Micro Focus Customer Support and we can try to reset it for you. There is no guarantee that it will not become corrupt again however. We would also strongly recommend that you install the most current wrappack (update) for NX 5.1.
