My toolbar disappeared - how do i can get it back?

Problem:

In the Net EXpress IDE you may have accidently made the toolbar disappear - how can you make it reappear?

Resolution:

Select View >  Dockable Windows and then check the toolbar option.

It will reappear as 'floating' - but then you can dock it if required.
