Is there no alternative to upgrading from 4.0?
We are moving to Windows 7 but time constraints mean we will struggle if we have to upgrade to 5.1.
Will it work on 32 bit?

Hi SBen,
Net Express 5.1 is certified on Windows 7 32- and 64bit.
However, Windows 8 is just around the corner and we know already that Net Express will not function on this platform.
Visual COBOL 2.1 will be released in October and will support Windows 8.
Our recommendation is to upgrade to Visual COBOL.
