I becom until a few hours an Error if i will starting Net Express...

The Error means that the License Manager is not running...

But I have not install the License Manager from Net Express...

The own License Manager that is running is the License Manager from Visual Cobol...

Have anyone an idea?

The Net Express product does not have a license manager but the product does need to be licensed.

The Server for COBOL product does have a license manager and that does need to be started as a service.

When are you receiving the error and what is the exact message?
