We recently ran into a problem with our NetExpress apps and Windows Server 2012 R2. Runtimes suddenly slowed down by a factor of 5 to 10 times. We had clients report the same thing. Someone in the ACU Cobol form had a solution and it worked for us as well. Funny thing is some installations of Server 2012 R2 run fast without turning this TSFairShare off.
If anyone else has any comments about this problem we'd like to hear them.
