Problem:
NFSFILELOCK causes the file handler to apply a lock in such a way that the application will gain exclusive access to a file against other applications. It is not a good alternative to fileshare, since it provides no locking against applications not using NFSFILELOCK.
Resolution:
The functionality is available in all genesis products i.e. SX, NX and MFE.
