Problem:
When attempting to apply the clu01all.exe licensing fix can cause the installation process to hang.
Resolution:
Occasionally this happens when attempting to apply the fixes from the Net Express 4.0 CD-ROM. Downloading and running the fix from the Micro Focus Supportline web site (http://supportline.microfocus.com) avoids this problem.
