Is there a good programmer guide online for SEE 6.0 / Enterprise Server?

Specifically what is available to use and how to use it using .net and cobol/cobol.net for COM and Web Services?

I think it should be way easier for developers to find programming references and examples for there specific installations. Seems like all the programmer information on the MF cobol site is geared towards Visual Cobol 2010 R1 to R4.

Any good references for COM and Web Services as it relates to SEE 6.0 and Enterprise Server would be greatly appreciated!!! Jerry

There are a number of guides and tutorials in the product documentation. You can read that locally if you have the product installed, or read it online. Try starting at:

That should bring you to the "Programming" book. The Interoperability chapter talks about communication between native and managed COBOL, which was one of your questions.

There used to be more information on developing for COM, with an IMTK tutorial, but I can't find it now. It's in the older 6.0 docs, though, which are also still available online:
