Problem:
Release: 3.1 To get the fixpacks you need to start Net Express on a workstation which is connected to the Internet.
Resolution:
Open up the Net Express Help menu > Support > Product updates
This will automatically take your browser to the download site.
When it asks you for a support ID you will have to create one if you have not been on our web site before. You can enter any userid and password that you like but you must enter your valid serial number from the CD-ROM. When this id has been created you can start Websync again and logon using the userid and password.
Download all the fixpack files to your local drive.
To install them, you simply need to execute each fixpack's self-extracting .EXE file on each system where Net Express is installed and the fixes will be applied automatically.
Some of them will not be required because you may not have the relevant component installed.
A message will be displayed to that effect.
Net Express cannot be running when you are installing the fixpacks.
