The output from one of my rebuild-jobs is:

Corrupt areas encountered = 1

Does someone know how to repaire this currupt areas?

The rebuild utility will create a new file without the corrupted record in it. Since it is corrupted the rebuild has no information on how to fix the area.

You might try rebuilding the file using the -d switch so that it recreates the idx file based on only the content of the .dat portion.
