Problem:
Net Express Release 4.0:
A runtime error 114 occurs when running a program compiled with the directive DIALECT"BS2000" after the all04n40 WrapPack has been installed.
Resolution:
There is a bug in utils.lbr which will be fixed in the next official WrapPack and this error should not occur after applying all05n40 or later versions.
Meanwhile, the all04n40 Wrappack can be uninstalled and the all03n40 WrapPack can be used.
