Server Express is the name of our Unix based COBOL product. Server Express contains both a compiler and a runtime environment.

Server for COBOL and Application Server for Server Express are two different names for the same product - our runtime only version of our Unix based COBOL (compiler not included).

Our product names also include a version number and a wrappack number.

The version number is the major release and the wrappacks are minor updates.

Together, this is what makes up our base product.

Hotfixes are bug fixes and code changes to accomodate clients. These get applied on top of a base product. Hotfixes are accumulated and rolled up into new wrappacks.
