Problem:

The Micro Focus Studio 5.0 setup always comes back to the feature dialog on Windows 2000.

Resolution:

Make sure Windows 2000 has Service Pack 4 applied. It is a requirement to install Micro Focus Studio 5.0 on Windows 2000.
