Should a Net Express 3.1 module be able to call a Net Express 4.0 module?

Problem:

Should  a Net Express 3.1 module be able to call a Net Express 4.0 module?

Resolution:

Net Express does not support calls involving programs compiled under different versions.

When upgrading all programs should be recompiled.
