Specifying a cataloged filename in extfh.cfg

Resolution:

Rather than map the physical filename, which may change from run to run, you can specify the unmapped filename in extfh.cfg using the internal keyword. To map SYSOUT for example:

[internal:SYSOUT] INSERTNULL=OFF
