Problem:
Static Build getting fatal error lnk 1181 cannot open input file "winspool.lib".
Resolution:
Release: 3.0 Need to install the MSSDK from CD 2 from the Net Express 3.0 issue 1 CD case; two CD set. If you have received an upgrade to Net Express 3.0 that is a single CD and you still need to use the frist one you received to install the MSSDK
