Terminal Server getting ASLM 0000000001 msg unless giving registry all options

Problem:

Windowsa 2000 Terminal server\\clients

Resolution:

The clients need access to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Micro Focus\\ASLMF.

From the Terminal server administrator signon

RUN REGEDT32

Locate the folder  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Micro Focus\\ASLMF high light and select the security pull down menu and permissions.

For the user group or everyone uncheck any permission and select the Advanced button.

Select the ADD button and high light the group; press OK button.

Change the apply to "this key only".

Allow all options

Select OK

Select APPLY
