On my machine Netexpress will not start correctly
when i show with Microfocus License Management Configuration Tool i can see that i had full license
by starting netexpress i see a message that windows want to configure Netexpress, by can not do this correctly.
I think taht Wise Disk Cleaner or Wise Registry Cleaner had remove hidden license files, but why say Licence Management "Full license"
Have anybody a solution?

You can try to reset the Net Express license key.
from a NX command prompt, run the command: PROTCFG /FORCE_RESET
Select/Check Net Express under the Product column
Click on the Generate Reset License button
email me the Request Reset key to cglazier@rocketsoftware.com
Leave the License Management System window open and wait for me to send you a response key
This should reset Net Express to the default 30 day trial license.
We can then generate a full NX license after that.
