Problem:
The toolbar no longer appears when I launch Net Express.
Have opened and closed IDE multiple times and it won't be displayed.
Doesn't appear to be minized anywhere.
Resolution:
From the IDE
View -> Dockable Windows , check Toolbar and the Toolbar should now be displayed.
