Problem:
"FATAL ERROR -- Cannot access message file" observed when compiling
Resolution:
The message files are MFLANG*.lbr in <product directory>\\base\\bin. The normal reasons for the message are:-
(1) PATH doesn't contain this folder
(2) COBDIR doesn't contain this folder
(3) The files aren't in the directory for some reason
If none of these apply, then reinstalling often cures the problem. Don't forget to 'RetainKey' when uninstalling.
