Problem:
Unable to create a directory using UNC with CBL_CREATE_DIR
Resolution:
Release: 3.1 This does not work if the UNC contains ":" as to refer to a Novell path name. Windows does not allow this character in a path or directory name. This is used only to identify drive letter.
