Problem:
Running with excel odbc databases.When opening an excel spreadsheet, user receives an error stating the program was unable to find the ODBC driver dll. The error received is the following: application was unable to load msaccess. User is also receiving a -19703 error.
Resolution:
This problem was fixed by running a "Detect and Repair" on the Microsoft Office software. Once that was done, the dlls were updated and working properly.
