URGENT!!! Purchase/Renewal of NetExpress 5.1 License

Hello 

I am seeking assistance on getting my NetExpress 5.1 License renewed or to even purchase a license because presently I am unable to compile Peoplesoft COBOL Programs .

    In order to renew your license i would strongly suggest to contact Micro Focus Support. It's not a topic for the community.

    I did contact support but received no response hence I posted on the community to see if anyone had the same issue or could have advised on this
