Problem:
There is a known issue with the "Watch the Tour" link when the help
is invoked by way of the Help menu in the Net Express IDE (Integrated
Development Environment). It should work outside of the Net Express IDE however. Try starting the help from the Windows Start button, Programs, Micro Focus Net Expresss 4.0, Help
menu item.
