The Net Expess online help for Net Express 5.0 documents the following features are not supported in 64-bit:

Dialog System (Character and GUI)

GUI Class Library

Panels Version 2

HyHelp

The following features are not currently supported in 64-bit:

COBSQL

Enterprise Server

SQL Option (XDB)
