What kind of issue i can face while using 32 bit SERVER 5.1 and Host integration server 64 bit on 64 bit os.

Hi ,

I am using 64 bit OS , and by default if i install Host Integration server 2010 , it will get installed as 64 bit , here if i want to use 32bit Enterprise server with 64 bit HIS.

What kind issue i can face.
Have any body faced such kind of issue.
If any any body have good pointers to understand it.
